Wellness

Our wellness services are designed for adults seeking medically guided support for weight, energy, body composition, recovery and healthy aging. Care begins with a comprehensive consultation that considers symptoms, medical history, medications, lifestyle and goals. When appropriate, your provider may recommend laboratory testing, prescription therapy, injections, supplements or lifestyle changes, followed by ongoing monitoring and adjustments over time.

Core Benefits

✓Personalized evaluation rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol
✓Medical oversight for prescription therapies and ongoing dose adjustments
✓Support for sustainable weight, body-composition and healthy-aging goals
✓Progress monitoring through symptoms, measurements and laboratory testing when indicated
✓Eligibility is determined after consultation; not every treatment is appropriate for every patient
Weight Management Services ▾

Best For

✓Adults with overweight or obesity seeking medically supervised weight reduction ✓Weight loss that has plateaued despite nutrition, activity or other efforts ✓Difficulty managing appetite, cravings or weight regain ✓Improving body composition and metabolic health ✓Long-term maintenance after achieving a healthier weight

What the Visit Includes

Your initial consultation reviews weight history, prior treatment attempts, nutrition, activity, sleep, current medications, medical conditions and goals. Baseline measurements and labs may be recommended, and your provider builds a plan addressing protein intake, hydration, movement, side-effect prevention and long-term maintenance.

Treatment Options

  • Comprehensive medical weight-management consultation
  • Prescription anti-obesity medication management, including GLP-1-based therapy when clinically appropriate
  • Weight and body-composition monitoring
  • Maintenance planning after active weight loss

What to Expect

Initial consultations are typically 60 minutes, with shorter follow-ups. Bring an up-to-date medication list and recent labs. No procedural downtime, though medications can cause temporary side effects such as nausea, constipation, diarrhea, reflux or reduced appetite — reviewed with you before treatment begins.

Follow-Up & Ongoing Care

Typically every 4 weeks during active treatment. Visits review weight, body composition, appetite, nutrition, activity, side effects, vital signs and medication response, with dose adjustments made only when clinically appropriate. Labs may be repeated as indicated.

Wellness Injections ▾

Best For

✓Provider-guided support for energy, recovery or antioxidant goals ✓Patients who prefer an injectable option when clinically appropriate ✓An adjunct to a broader wellness plan

What the Visit Includes

A provider reviews your health history, medications, allergies, symptoms and goals to determine whether an injection is appropriate. Depending on the formulation, labs or a more comprehensive wellness consultation may be recommended. The injection, dose, route and frequency are individualized rather than chosen solely from a menu.

Treatment Options

  • Vitamin B12 injections
  • Glutathione injections
  • NAD+ injections
  • Additional formulations may be offered based on provider recommendation

What to Expect

Visits are generally brief. Medication may be given intramuscularly or subcutaneously depending on formulation. Patients may feel a quick pinch, followed by temporary soreness, redness or bruising, and some formulations can cause brief warmth, flushing, nausea or lightheadedness. Most return to normal activity immediately.

Follow-Up & Ongoing Care

Frequency varies by formulation, indication and response — some are a short series, others weekly, monthly or as needed. The provider periodically reviews symptoms, tolerance and continued need, and may recommend repeat labs or a broader wellness follow-up.

Peptide Consultations ▾

Best For

✓Medically supervised support for recovery, body composition, sleep or healthy aging ✓Understanding whether a peptide protocol fits your symptoms and history ✓An individualized plan rather than a product purchased without medical evaluation

What the Visit Includes

A detailed review of symptoms, medical history, medications, prior therapies and goals. Your provider may recommend baseline labs and will discuss the available evidence, expected benefits, limitations and potential side effects. A prescription is provided only when the potential benefit is appropriate for you.

Treatment Options

Provider-selected peptide, supplement or regenerative protocols, or other individualized therapies when clinically appropriate.

What to Expect

Initial consultations are approximately 60 minutes. Bring a current medication and supplement list and any recent labs. If prescribed, your provider reviews preparation, dosing, storage and administration (subcutaneous injection, oral, or topical). Most protocols require no downtime; side effects vary by medication and are reviewed beforehand.

Follow-Up & Ongoing Care

A follow-up visit is scheduled 4 weeks after beginning therapy to review symptoms, adherence, side effects and early response. Labs may be repeated based on the medication and goal. Continued treatment, dose changes and refills require provider review.
