Molly believes patients deserve an aesthetic experience that is as thoughtful as the care they receive. That philosophy became the foundation of Relevé Aesthetics & Wellness, where beauty, wellness, and exceptional patient care come together under one roof.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Molly built her career in luxury beauty and leadership with Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue before bringing her expertise to medical aesthetics. After leading Stages Skin Studio through a period of significant growth, she acquired the practice and transformed it into Relevé, creating a destination centered on clinical excellence, elevated hospitality, and personalized care.

Today, Molly focuses on building and retaining an exceptional team and cultivating a culture centered on hospitality, compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning. By investing in both people and technology, she creates an environment where providers can do their best work, because she believes the most meaningful results come from helping patients become healthier, more confident versions of themselves.
